Your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns within 20 days of purchase. Please contact us to receive your authorization number BEFORE returning any parcel. Shipments without authorizations via email may not be credited to your account. Please note that we do not accept returns on respiratory products, chemical or bio-hazard clothing nor gloves. This is our policy to ensure the integrity of our personal safety products and ensure they are 'tamper-free'. We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning.
