The Viton Glove is made specifically for handling dangerous PCB's, chlorinated and aromatic solvents. It can be used in strong solvents that quickly deteriorate rubber, neoprene, nitrile and PVC gloves, and it works well in water and water-based solutions. The heavyweight Viton is 30 mils thick and 14" long, with a rolled cuff and smooth grip. Sizes L to XL. The Viton II Glove's fluoroelastomer construction offers chemical resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene or xylene, and a barrier against most chlorinated solvents and aliphatic hydrocarbons. An inner layer of butyl rubber provides chemical resistance to ketones, alcohols, amines, aldehydes and gases. The lightweight Viton II is 12 mils thick and 12" long, with a rolled cuff and smooth grip. |
