The 6000 Drop Down Series half facepiece respirator is designed for workers who wear hard hats and need to communicate frequently. It incorporates a unique head harness system that allows the wearer to drop his facepiece without removing his hard hat. Simply detach the neck strap and the facepiece drops to the worker's chest. This eliminates the tendency of workers to wear the head cradle over their hard hat. The head cradle will adjust to the individual worker's head size. Durable straps hold their elasticity longer. Upper strap on the head cradle will not interfere with worker's vision. The exhalation valve is protected by a valve cover that directs the air downward, eliminating fogging. Accommodates 3M's 2000 Series, 6000 Series and 7093 filters, cartridges and accessories. Sizes S, M and L. NIOSH approved. Sold individually. |
